The cost effective answer to paint booth maintenance

The unit requires a floor space of only 2000 mm x 700 mm.It can be fitted to new or existing paint booths and can treatup to 4000 litres of water per hour.
With the Ecoflot system the booth water is treated with one of our Ecotex products so that the paint overspray is notsticky and can be easily transported to the machine.
The unique air injection system of the ecoflot prolongs thelife of the recycled water and ensures that the treated paintparticles float to the surface of the machine for easy removal.
These particles are deposited in the Mico sludge containerwhere any residual water is drained through the filter bagand recycled.
The 50 litre filter bag can easily be disposed of when full.
