Hydrocoll Q is a heat stabilised, white smooth pigmented coating.
For application to smooth, clean metal low-bake spray booth
walls (temperatures up to 83° C) such asinox, aluminium,
galvanised steel etc.
The dried film is easily peelable and even heavy overspray
deposits can be quickly and cleanly removedfrom booth walls
for 3-6 months max.
Areas that are heavily contaminated during this period can
also be partially cut out and peeled off for anew coating
of that particular area.
The white, light reflective surface provides better workingconditions
for high quality work. Do not apply on solvent-sensitive surfaces.

Apply by conventional spraying
techniques using normal pressure spraying equipment, pot
pressure 1-2 bar, using a 1,8 mm fluid tip with appropriate
air cap and needle

Gravity feed spray guns may also be
used for treating small areas with a 2,0 mm fluid tip
appropriate air cap and needle. Apply double pass, wet
on wet, to give a dense white film.
Do not dry spray as this may lead to some film shrinkage
and poor peelability.
Peel the Hydrocoll Q off after max. 6 months.
Do not use on solvent-sensitive surfaces.
The surface must be carefully patch tested on ±
0,5-1 m² before use to ensure no surface attack occursand
the products remains easily peelable under normal usage conditions.
